Oct 4: The crisis started from Daryl Morey, who published a tweet voicing his support for pro-democracy protesters in Hong Kong.

Oct 6: The Chinese Basketball Association, CCTV 5, Tencent Sports said would suspend all cooperation and live streaming.

Oct 8: NBA Commissi oner Adam Silver has made it clear he would not apologies for Mr Morey's tweet, citing the American league's values of "equality, respect and freedom of expression".

Oct 9: Major partners including Ctrip, Dicos, Changhong Electric, Migu, Master Kong, Luckin Coffee, etc, said would suspend the partnership.
